Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the tiny screen. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. She moved to Texas in order to pursue the career of a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films as well as global commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion to act. After moving into New York, in 2001 she landed her first acting role for the television show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG: Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004, she was offered her first big series part on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as a variety of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. This particular character earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she was awarded an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza, in an recurring role on CSI Miami was announced a couple of minutes after. She played Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. It was eventually cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a nationality of Italian as well as having a 10 year old younger brother called Cory. She was raised in the strictest and most religious family. Milano's professional career started at seven when her babysitter invited her to a talent show. Her audition was among over 1000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of only four girls. Milano was featured in commercials on television and off-Broadway as well, such as the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
